Welcome to MoveSafe Relocation. These Terms of Service govern your use of our interstate moving services and website. Please read these terms carefully before engaging our services.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MoveSafe Relocation's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services. These terms apply to all users of our services, including customers, visitors, and anyone who accesses our website or engages our moving services.

2. Services Provided

MoveSafe Relocation provides interstate and long-distance moving services across all 50 United States, including: - Residential and commercial moving - Packing and unpacking services - Loading and unloading - Storage solutions - Specialty item moving (pianos, antiques, etc.) All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.

3. Pricing and Payment

All pricing is provided as estimates based on the information you provide. Final charges may vary based on actual weight, distance, and services rendered. Payment Terms: - A deposit may be required to secure your moving date - Final payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed - We accept major credit cards, certified checks, and money orders - Personal checks may require additional processing time All prices are subject to change without notice until a binding estimate is signed.

4. Liability and Insurance

MoveSafe Relocation provides basic liability coverage as required by federal regulations. This basic coverage provides protection at $0.60 per pound per article. Additional Coverage Options: - Full Value Protection: We will repair, replace, or provide a cash settlement for lost or damaged items at current market value - Third-party insurance: You may purchase additional coverage from an independent insurer We are not liable for items packed by the owner unless damage to the container is evident. High-value items must be declared in writing before the move.

5. Claims and Disputes

If your shipment is lost or damaged, you must file a written claim within 9 months of delivery. Claims should be submitted to claims@movesaferelocation.com with: - Your name and contact information - Move date and order number - Detailed description of the damage or loss - Photos of damaged items - Estimated value of the claim We will acknowledge receipt of your claim within 30 days and provide a resolution within 120 days as required by federal regulations.

6. Scheduling and Cancellation

Moving dates are scheduled based on availability. While we make every effort to meet agreed-upon dates, delays may occur due to weather, traffic, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Cancellation Policy: - Cancellations within 72 hours of booking: Full refund of deposit - Cancellations after 72 hours: Deposit may be retained as a cancellation fee or applied as credit toward future services - See our full Refund Policy for more details

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with federal transportation laws and the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through our internal claims process. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
