Refund & Cancellation Policy

At MoveSafe Relocation, we understand that plans can change. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be as accommodating as possible while allowing us to maintain efficient scheduling and routing of our moving services.

72-Hour Cancellation

You can cancel your booking without penalty if you notify us in writing within 72 hours of making the reservation. Please send your cancellation request to cancel@movesaferelocation.com.

Credit for Future Services

If you cancel your move after 72 hours and the deposit is non-refundable, you will receive a credit equivalent to your deposit. This credit can be used for future interstate moving services and is valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation.

Processing Refunds

All eligible refunds will be processed by the next billing cycle. This ensures that your refund is handled promptly and efficiently.
